Founded in 2010, PetVita has grown from a small family-owned facility into one of the most trusted pet food manufacturers in Asia. Our mission is simple: create the highest quality pet nutrition with complete transparency at every step.
Our Story
PetVita began with a simple observation: pet owners deserved to know exactly what was in their pet's food. Too many manufacturers hid behind vague labels and proprietary blends. We decided to do things differently.
Today, we operate a 50,000 sqm state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with dedicated production lines for dry food, wet food, treats, supplements, and freeze-dried products. Every ingredient we use can be traced back to its source farm or supplier.
We partner with over 500 brands across 30+ countries, providing both custom OEM/ODM services and our own line of premium pet nutrition products.
Ingredient Traceability
Every ingredient in our products has a documented origin. We maintain a complete chain of custody from source to shelf.
Source Verification
All suppliers undergo rigorous audits. We only work with certified farms and processors that meet our quality standards.
Batch Tracking
Every raw material receives a unique batch ID. This tracking continues through production, packaging, and shipping.
Consumer Access
End consumers can scan QR codes on packaging to view the complete ingredient origin report for their specific product batch.
Self-Developed R&D Laboratory
Our 2,000 sqm research and development laboratory is the heart of PetVita's innovation. Staffed by 25+ food scientists, veterinarians, and animal nutritionists, the lab develops new formulas and optimizes existing ones.
Capabilities include proximate analysis, amino acid profiling, fatty acid analysis, vitamin and mineral quantification, palatability testing, and shelf-life studies.
Comprehensive Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing before it leaves our facility. We maintain records for a minimum of 5 years.
Nutritional Analysis
Verified against AAFCO profiles for complete and balanced nutrition.
Microbial Screening
Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, and total plate count testing.
Heavy Metal Testing
Lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury analysis below detectable limits.
Physical Inspection
Kibble size, moisture content, color consistency, and packaging integrity.
